Algonac Flaming Grill

Visited the Algonac Flaming Grill today for a late lunch. Their Double Bacon Cheeseburger is probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Cooked to perfection as I ordered, two huge burgers each with bacon plus lettuce, tomato and onion. The fries were great too. The service was top notch and all the staff were super friendly. We will definitely eat here again when we visit. Algonac is a lovely town with a great boardwalk on the St.Clair river. Well worth a visit.

Huge menu - something for everyone for sure. Daily specials - the night we had dinner was Taco Tuesday with nachos & burritos also on special. We were in the mood for Greek and started with the Saganaki. It arrived with some excellent soft & chewy Pita Bread and tasted just like I was in Greektown. So I followed up with a Gyro Dinner which came with a crisp dinner salad (I ordered the Pink Greek Dressing too). Was plenty to take and have lunch the next day. Onions, tomatoes, and good amount of pita came with the dinner as well as a large side of Tzatziki Sauce. I opted for the baked potato instead of the rice. My husband ordered the full slab of baby back ribs - they looked -and he said - they were delish. VERY tender and high quality. Fries were HOT yay and crispy. He went for the chicken noodle instead of salad which was also good. I also stopped for lunch not long ago and ordered the grilled chicken shish kebabs - very tasty and love the flame grilled meat. We've had breakfast a lot here and will come more often for the lunches and dinners! A full bar is also offered. This is a family style restaurant - good quality - large portions - and very kid friendly. Booth and table seating with large waterside murals line the walls. Great view of the St. Clair River freighters passing - and right across the street from the Algonac Boardwalk to get a walk in after a good meal. GREAT PLACE TOO for a carry out! We saw many patrons coming in leaving with large bags of food!

The atmosphere is quiet and nice. Clean, friendly and open. The waitress are very attending and kind. Not in a snotty rush to get you out the door or get your order, which actually matters! Food is always great! The cabbage soup on Tuesdays and Thursdays is the best! Very small complaint(preference too) just cut the cabbage smaller into more bite size. Otherwise, taste is great!!! Always hot. Chicken Alfredo is a wonderful portion. Chicken pita is delicious as well! Burgers are seasoned great and they have the good coney fries! Silly thing, but even the ranch is good. Isn't dramatically watered down like some places I've been to. Breakfast has NEVER let me down. Keep up the great service!

We enjoyed the peacefulness of Flaming Grill. Our waitress, Lillee, was very sweet & great at multi-tasking. The prices were also quite reasonable. Nice change compared to many other restaurants. We would definitely come back to your establishment.

I love this place!!! The food is always good and hot!!! The staff is amazing and so friendly!! I recommend this place 100%

Their gyro sandwiches, they are really really good the way they build em with their tzatziki sauce.... Definitely recommend trying this dish.....

Had breakfast. Friendly, fast service. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Great spot to stop in for food in the area. Staff is fun and positive.
